Summit Reinsurance Services, Inc. has elevated Kathy Clark, RN, BSN, CMCN, to assistant vice president and director of managed care effective May 31, 2021. With this promotion, Clark assumes responsibility for Summit ReSources, Summit Re’s medical management program, and its staff.
Clark came to Summit Re in 2015 with significant experience working in both the first dollar health plan arena as director of medical management/quality improvement and the employer stop loss market providing clinical support and risk management solutions to employer clients and administrators. Additionally, she brings an entrepreneurial spirit that has led her to establish companies in various industries over the course of her career. Her strong background, robust work ethic, and excellent body of work at Summit Re have made her the ideal candidate for this position.
