John Broyles Regional Manager, Summit Re

OVERLAND PARK, KANS. – January 26, 2004 – Summit Reinsurance Services Inc., and ERC Healthcare, a division of GE Commercial Insurance, today announced the appointment of John Broyles to Vice President – Sales of Summit Re.  

Broyles joins the Summit Re team with more than 10 years experience in healthcare risk management, specifically HMO reinsurance.  In his new role, he will manage sales and service to regional HMO reinsurance clients.

Before joining Summit Re, Broyles was co-founder and executive vice president of sales for Risk Based Solutions, a major Managing General Underwriter.  Before that, he was national sales director of Alden Risk Management Services where he helped that organization enter the reinsurance market for healthcare insurance companies.  Broyles will be based in Miami, Fla.
