SUMMIT REINSURANCE SERVICES, INC. (SUMMIT RE) HIRES ALLEN ENGEN AS REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT.

June 10, 2006 Summit Reinsurance is pleased to announce the newest member of its employer stop loss team, Allen Engen. Allen brings to Summit Re more than 14 years of knowledge and experience in employer stop loss and health care risk management. He most recently was senior underwriter with Allianz Life for 6 years.

In his new role as Regional Vice President/Employer Stop Loss, Allen will work closely with HMOs, TPAs and brokers by providing experienced underwriting and service for employer stop loss groups in the western US region. He is a welcome addition to Summit RE and will be based out of the Minneapolis, MN area.
